Responsibilities:
•Install, maintain, and repair existing plumbing equipment;
•Diagnose, install and repair for plumbing systems including faucets, tank type water heaters, on demand heaters, disposals, toilets, drain repairs, water line repairs, gas piping, and drain cleaning;
•Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry standard;
•Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects;
•Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner; communicate and document progress to customer and relevant employees;
•Work with CRM Housecall Pro;
•Follow established processes and procedures;
•Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects;
•Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer.
